He received the three-year university degree in Material Science in 2002 from "Terza Università degli Studi di Roma" University, Rome.
In the first years was involved in the field of 'Lab on a chip', focusing the research on the glass microfabrication.
After, his research activities have been focused on MEMS systems, deeply on CMUT fabrication process and silicon nitride material growth and properties.
Recently the main research activity is on microfabrication processes and thin-film deposition on flexible substrates for sensors applications.
Currently is working at CNR-IMM in Rome as responsable technician for the clean room labs.
